"As a 28-year resident of Frisco, I am honored to endorse Sadaf Haq for Frisco City Council, Place 6. In the years I’ve known her, Sadaf has shown herself to be the gold standard of servant leadership through civic involvement. Those who know her can attest to the fact that Sadaf is quite often seen around town, giving back to Frisco, engaged in a wide variety of charitable and community-building events.
I specifically applaud Sadaf for her tireless involvement with Frisco ISD over the years. Sadaf currently serves on the Frisco Education Foundation Advisory Board, the FISD Diversity Task Force, and FISD Student Health Advisory Council. Over the years, she has been a dedicated volunteer in getting key initiatives delivered such as the FISD 2018 Bond and TRE, which have greatly benefited our children, teachers and FISD community.
Sadaf fully supports FISD and is firmly committed to maintaining and strengthening the unique partnership between the City of Frisco and FISD. Sadaf will serve our city with integrity and, most importantly, will always be accessible and willing to listen to concerns of her fellow citizens. Sadaf is the right choice to serve us on City Council and to keep Frisco ISD a destination district and community!"

I remember meeting Anne back in 2016 at an interfaith/outreach event to discuss teen drug usage and abuse. It was to increase awareness... and how parents/teachers/administration and FISD Board of Trustees could help each other in making sure our kids are safe. I recall her sound and fair voice when she offered her suggestions. Since then, our friendship has grown, and I’ve always admired Anne for staying true to her convictions, and always doing what’s best for not only our school district but for our city as well. Thank you, Anne, for your endorsement. I am truly humbled.
